Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Selle Italia SLR Advan brings its famous performance and comfort to the masses with a redesigned silhouette.

The Selle Italia SLR Advan is designed as a versatile option in the new-generation SLR family. Built with tubular steel rails, the Advan retains the iconic SLR shape in a modern 242 mm length, while offering broader accessibility for a wide range of riders. The Advan is available in versions with or without a central cutout, allowing riders to select the option best suited to their riding style and comfort needs.

Adding tubular steel rails and shock absorbers creates the durable and comfortable SLR Advan that is lighter than its predecessor. Quality materials and a compact design bring a level of performance to any endurance ride or race event. The new PU and production processes have allowed the weight to be dropped without any drop in quality.

Thanks to the idmatch system, the most common contact points on these saddles have been identified, and a minimal amount of padding has been added only where it is needed. The Superflow technology drastically reduces all physical limitations caused by prolonged pressure in the perineal area.

Neutral shape (anatomical) saddles provide appropriate support for both cyclists with anterior pelvic rotation (dynamic riders) and those with posterior pelvic rotation (static riders).
