Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Dimension R2 CPC is Prologo's high-performance ergonomic saddle, featuring Connect Power Control technology and positioned at the top of the Dimension range.

Compact and multipurpose, this saddle measures 245x143 mm and is designed for professionals and demanding cyclists who seek maximum performance and premium level components.

The V-shape of the Dimension R2 minimizes unwanted movements and guarantees a precise position in the saddle. The advanced anatomical center allows you to sit comfortably further forward, while the flat anatomical profile promotes a more aerodynamic and advanced position, ideal for those with excellent pelvic mobility.

CPC technology, applied to high-performance saddle covers, consists of a covering made with a special 3D conical polymer. This offers significantly superior vibration absorption, greater grip, and incredible stability in the saddle. Thanks to its nano-structure, this unique technology reduces muscle fatigue and promotes air flow, lowering the temperature in the contact area.

The Dimension R2 CPC features a completely redesigned nose, now 40mm wider — 30% wider than the previous model — and with a more rounded side profile. This new design has been studied to further improve comfort, especially during intense pedaling phases.

The PAS (Perineal Area System) is an open central channel designed to eliminate pressure spikes and numbness, improving blood flow and overall comfort.

A new EVA foam has allowed Prologo to reduce the thickness of the back padding by 1 mm, equal to a 20% decrease compared to the previous model, without compromising support and comfort.

The base is in long carbon fibre for the version with Nack rail, or in injected carbon fibre for the version with Tirox rail — materials that guarantee an ideal balance between rigidity and comfort.
