Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Wahoo 24 Trail is a light and tough kids' bike that is ready to roll off-road. It is perfect for riders between 130 and 150 cm tall.

Its sturdy aluminium frame is easy to manoeuvre as they weave their way down the trail, but rugged enough to handle the tough stuff. A 9-speed 1x drivetrain gives plenty of gears for pedalling up steep trails, and disc brakes provide next-level stopping power to slow their roll or help them stop quickly on the way back down.

The Alpha Silver aluminium frame features 61cm (24") wheels and wide 6cm (2.4") knobby tyres that bite into dirt and give plenty of traction. It uses a 9-speed 1x Microshift drivetrain and serious stopping power from hydraulic disc brakes.

This bike is a proper off-road ride in a pint-sized package for little rippers who want a bike that is light, manoeuvrable, and tough. The hydraulic disc brakes give your child a serious advantage while they progress on the trail.

A durable carbon fork cuts weight for easy manoeuvrability, absorbs bumps in the trail for happier rides on rough terrain, and comes with a front mudguard. The Wahoo Trail can accommodate an internally-routed 31.6 mm dropper post for little rippers who want to get their saddle out of the way for extra rowdy descents. Thumb-activated shifters make it easy to find the right gear and set young riders up for success with a kid-friendly version of the shifters found on adult bikes. The upright hybrid-style geometry mimics the feel of an adult bike and keeps kids confident and comfortable.
