Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The FX Sport AL 3 is a lightweight, versatile aluminium bike, perfect for exploring the road less travelled.

It comes ready for anything, with a reliable and light Alpha Gold aluminium frame, 10-speed Shimano CUES shifting, go-anywhere Bontrager Girona gravel tyres, and hydraulic disc brakes.

Trek's active geometry puts the rider in a slightly more forward position to give them more pedalling efficiency while staying comfortable on long rides.

Starting in 2024, Trek began removing high-emission aluminium from manufacturing and replacing it with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy. By October 2025, nearly every alloy bike made, including this one, had made the switch, driving a major drop in the footprint.

Pedals are two of the five touchpoints that connect you with your bike, and even though this bike comes with a pair, upgrading to pedals that boost control and grip will greatly improve your ride. Trek recommends flat pedals for simple versatility.
