Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Kanuga FF represents the next evolution in strength in an alloy mountain bike wheelset.

Designed for riders who ride with a full face helmet, the Kanuga FF is meant to handle even the harshest of rides. The Kanuga FF features a 30mm internal width with a massive 37mm external width that has a "reverse hook" to improve impact performance. A low rim profile adds to the compliance, while a generous 4mm spoke offset helps to keep the spoke balance evened out. The top of the rim profile features a flat shape to help protect your tyres in the event of bottoming them out. Everything about the Kanuga FF is meant for big travel mountain bikes and long-term durability.

This handcrafted wheel is laced with Pillar Wing 21 j-bend spokes and brass nipples. The three-cross lacing pattern is built to withstand high-torque loads, and the reinforced hookless profile stands up to everything you can send. This wheel spins Boyd Sixtus MTB hubs that feature 0.5 degrees of engagement, a quick-swap freehub body, and press-fit end caps. It is compatible with Shimano Hyperglide, Shimano Microspline, and SRAM XDR cassettes. The Kanuga FF wheelset weighs 2170g and is manufactured in Boyd Cycling's South Carolina alloy rim facility.

At the core of the Sixtus is a 0.5-degree engagement system. Whether you are ratcheting through vertical rock gardens or sprinting hard out of corners, your power hits the dirt instantly. The Sixtus is engineered to eliminate excessive drag so you stay fast when coasting. Equipped with wider pawl profiles to increase surface contact against the 102-tooth driver ring, the system handles brutal torque and aggressive gravity abuse. The layout relies on a unique steel phasing ring surrounding the 6-pawl mechanism, which strategically staggers pawl engagement for instant engagement without heavy coasting friction.
