Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Supercaliber SL 9.7 GX AXS is an ultralight carbon XC mountain bike ready to lay down rubber on race day. Its SL OCLV Mountain Carbon frame is as light as it is meticulous, with a high modulus lay-up that provides stiffness without added weight.

XC courses get rowdier every year, so this bike is equipped with a 110 mm fork and 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension to smooth the ride without compromising pedalling efficiency. It is topped off with a carbon cockpit and SRAM's wireless GX AXS Transmission.

This cross-country steed sprints up climbs, hammers to the finish, and feels good doing it thanks to 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension. From wheels to cockpit, it features carbon components and Trek's most meticulous high-mod carbon lay-up offered on a mountain bike.

The Supercaliber's unique frame design removes traditional suspension hardware, resulting in less weight, less maintenance, and less lateral flex. IsoStrut connects the mainframe to the pivot-less seat stays to offer about 80 mm of rear wheel travel. This design offers a unique blend of efficiency, traction, and fatigue-fighting compliance that keeps racers fresh and in control.

IsoStrut integrated suspension provides just enough travel to maintain control. It is fully tunable like a standard rear shock but without the weight penalty of a full suspension bike.

The SL OCLV Mountain Carbon frame features a lightweight carbon lay-up that does not compromise stiffness for weight, plus it includes internal guides that make cable routing simple.
