Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. Powerfly+ 4 is an adventure-ready electric mountain bike that does not break the bank.

It is built to explore anywhere from rugged commutes to light singletrack with a durable aluminium frame, bump-smoothing SR Suntour suspension fork, and smooth-shifting 10-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain. A powerful Bosch motor and long-range 800Wh battery give you the support and confidence to go farther.

The RIB 2.0 removable integrated battery makes it easy to remove the battery for more convenient charging or travelling, and you do not have to worry about dropping it thanks to a secondary safety catch. You can also pair a 250Wh PowerMore range extender with your bike to chase your most epic adventures.

Bosch's Performance Line CX motor has 85Nm of torque out of the box but can be tuned up to 100Nm or 120Nm and 750W of power using the Bosch eBike Flow app. The all-new Bosch CX motor is lighter, quieter and more powerful than ever without wavering on natural-feeling support. The 800Wh battery provides enormous range, or you can swap to a 600Wh option for a lighter-weight ride with more nimble handling. Customise your ride with mudguards and a rack designed specifically for Powerfly, so you can customise your setup for everyday needs or epic exploration.
