Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Tour S is a fully equipped hybrid built for riders who want one bike to do it all. Whether you're commuting, carrying shopping or heading out for a longer ride, it's ready to go.The Suntour suspension fork helps smooth out rough roads and cycle paths, while the upright riding position keeps you comfortable over longer distances.

Every Batribike comes with a 10-year frame warranty, 5-year battery warranty and 3-year e-system warranty.

The Tour S is a fully equipped hybrid built for riders who want one bike to do it all. Whether you're commuting, carrying shopping or heading out for a longer ride, it's ready to go.

The low step-through frame makes getting on and off easy, while the upright riding position keeps you comfortable over longer distances. Wide 700x45C WTB Riddler tyres provide plenty of grip and confidence across a variety of surfaces, while the Suntour NVX30 suspension fork and suspension seatpost help smooth out rough roads and cycle paths.

The integrated battery sits neatly inside the frame behind a protective cover, giving the bike a clean finish while keeping the system protected from the elements. The battery can be removed for charging and is secured with a key.

The Tour S features the Promovec Graphic Slim D700+ display with five assistance levels and a walk-assist function. Bluetooth connectivity through the Promovec e-connect app gives you access to additional ride information and settings.

The Tour S comes fitted with mudguards, concealed cable routing and a kickstand. A luggage carrier, basket, lock and lights can also be added if required.

The Tour range is available in both step-through (Tour S) and crossbar (Tour X) frame styles.
