Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. Following the success of the new CX333 road cycling shoe, we went away and developed an off-road version – the new Lake MX333 - for those gravel bike racers and cross-country speed demons who want to perform at the highest level.

The new Lake MX333 has all the same technological developments that make the CX333 probably the best cycling shoe in the world, with added elements to ensure that when you take to the trails you can still enjoy that golden trilogy of the very best comfort, performance and style – only from Lake.

The new MX333 comes on our MX Race ‘last’, with an 80/20 sole designed for riders who spend most of their time on the pedals, and who require high performance from a lightweight cycling shoe, without giving up on grip when the foot does hit the ground. The Lake 100% carbon fiber sole provides the necessary power transfer for racing, whilst the durable and lightweight lugged sole provides the necessary grip on broken, loose and mixed terrain. The upper comes in a choice of either lightweight Clarino Microfiber, super durable Helcor Leather, or color/material customized with our custom app, ensuring that these Lake MX333 off-road shoes will last as long as your own thirst for adventure does.

Along with a Carbitex medial support panel, aiding the secure fit, and the heat moldable internal Thermaform Heel Counter, the MX333 is a cycling shoe that’s designed to wrap your foot securely like a second skin, maximising power transfer and comfort all ride long. We’ve also utilised the latest BOA Dual-Dial Li2 closure system too.
