Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The Dimension R2 153 is Prologo's high-performance ergonomic saddle, part of the premium Dimension family, one of the most popular collections on the market.

This is a multidisciplinary saddle with compact dimensions of 245x153mm, ideal for road, gravel, and XC/Marathon mountain biking. It is designed for both professionals and demanding enthusiasts who are always in search of top performance and high-end components.

The V-shape design ensures reduced movement and a more precise position on the saddle. The advanced anatomical center allows riders to sit further forward. Its flat anatomical profile, which supports a more aggressive and aerodynamic riding posture, makes it especially suitable for those with excellent pelvic flexibility.

The wide 153mm version features a broader seating area and increased padding, enhancing overall comfort. It is the ideal choice for riders with a wider pelvis or those seeking better weight distribution. This saddle has 2mm more foam padding than the standard version.

The Dimension R2 features a completely redesigned nose, now 40mm wide, which is 6% wider than the previous model, and has a more rounded lateral profile. This new design further enhances comfort, particularly during intense pedaling efforts.

The PAS channel (wider and deeper compared to the standard version) eliminates numbness and reduces pressure on soft tissues, tendons, and blood vessels, improving blood flow in the pelvic area. The increased padding delivers exceptional comfort, especially on long rides.

A new EVA foam has allowed for a reduction in padding thickness in the rear section. This decrease in padding helps reduce the overall weight without compromising support or comfort.

The base is made from long-fiber carbon for the Nack rail version, or injected carbon for the Tirox version. Both materials strike a strong balance between stiffness and comfort.
