Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. If you have made a purchase using our finance option or through one of the cycle to work programs and would like to return your purchase please contact us on 01283 544669. (Purchases paid for using PayPal in GBP can be returned for a refund by post or in store. Your postage will be refunded through PayPal – there is a limit to the amount PayPal will refund. The WING/20c features our ne shape that is optimized for aerodynamics as well as strength and stiffness. It also offers the ability to alter the hand grip position by 20mm.

The truncated aerofoil shape of the basebar is a key element of the balance between aerodynamics, strength and comfort.

  • New shape that transitions from the wing to the grip more smoothly - aiding air flow and giving a better platform for the rider to rest their hands.
  • Ability to flip the bar makes it easier for riders to find a comfortable position by the brake levers.
