Hassle free returns

Returns - Any product can be returned to us within 28 days if the product is faulty, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return any product you must inform us within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.

Online purchases - Can be returned for any reason (excludes special order products) provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original sealed packaging with a valid proof of purchase, to store in person or by post as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of any postage will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products. Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it’s not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 28 days to return it if you take it away (as long as you inform us within 14 days).

Refunds - Will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. If you wish to return your item by post, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment. It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return. The name E-Deemax has become a reference for E-bike riders, this new E-Deemax 30 lives up to its name with many of the same features and technologies as higher range model, but at a far more attainable price.

One of the key factors is Mavic's pinch flat protection technology, a rim design with a wider contact surface at the top of sidewall, which significantly reduces the risk of tire cuts and punctures. The rim is welded for added reliability and features a 30mm internal width with a tubeless ready compatibility to allow you to run lower tire pressure for better traction and control.

As all Mavic E-Deemax wheelsets, this new option is lab and field validated for a max total weight of 180kg. Their instant drive 360 freewheel with a double ratchet system equips the rear hub and provide fast engagement and top-level reliability. The rear hub is compatible with Shimano HG9, Micro Spline and SRAM XD driver bodies.

The E-deemax 30 is available with 6-bolt or center lock brake rotors in 29 only and is compatible with a 15x110mm front axle and 12x148mm rear. The wheel is delivered with valves, replacement spokes and accessories.
