Yoga For Cyclists –

Details
A 60 minute all levels yoga session lead by Rebecca Monk, a Physiotherapist,Yoga Instructor and keen cyclist. The focus of the class is to work on hip, trunk and lower back mobility, to achieve a more comfortable and aerodynamic position on the bike. The session will also develop lower limb and core strength to improve overall power on the bike. Attending the session will aid recovery from training sessions and rides, also enhance breath control and lung expansion. As this is an all levels class, previous yoga experience is not required. The session can also benefit runners and triathletes alike.
Instructions
Please bring your own mat as they are not provided. Ensure to wear comfortable clothing to move around freely. It is also advisable to bring a water bottle.
