When you purchase a bike from us online we want to ensure you get the same level of service as you would enjoy if you had purchased instore. Therefore we offer a number of collection/delivery options to suit you and your bike.
Click & Collect
You can choose to collect your new bike from us at the store, it will have been fully built in our workshop and ready to ride. We will ensure that any accessories you purchased at the time are fitted, adjust your saddle and handlebars and explain all the features of your new bike before you set off on your first ride.
Courier Delivery
If you live further away you can also choose to have it delivered by one of our couriers. This is the most economical delivery option. In this case the bike arrives boxed and will have come directly from the factory, our external warehouse or the store. In all cases the bike will have been fully checked before being boxed and shipped. There will be a number of things you will need to to do before riding your new bike. These include fitting the front wheel and handlebars, adjusting gears and brakes and fitting any accessories such as mudguards.
Concierge Bike Delivery
Our concierge bike delivery is highly recommended as it gives you the best of both options. Order your bike online and enjoy the same level of service on your doorstep as if you were collecting your new bike from the store. Below is how it works.
1) Place your order online via our website selecting from our huge range of Mountain, Road, Gravel, Hybrid, Children’s and eBikes. At the checkout choose “Concierge Bike Delivery” as your preferred delivery method. Shop All Bikes Now
2) You will receive an automated order confirmation followed by a phone call from one of our team to arrange your concierge bike delivery.
3) Our qualified mechanics then begin building your bike. Any accessories you purchased at the time are added, your bike is safety checked and tested so it is ready to ride.
4) Our concierge delivery team deliver you bike on the agreed day directly to your home. You will receive regular text messages on the day updating you on the expected time of delivery.
5) Enjoy a full handover of your new fully built bike as if you were collecting it from the store. We will explain all the features of your new bike, set your saddle height so you are comfortable and your bike will be ready to ride.
6) You are all set and ready to ride your new bike. Enjoy.
