There are also some incredible compact and folding electric bikes to choose from offering exceptional design and build quality with quality components and superb ride quality. Here we will look at the various options available today from Cannondale, EBCO and Eovolt.
Cannondale
Both Cannondale and EBCO offer a compact non folding 20″ ebike that are super comfortable to ride and perfect for commuting, running errands and getting around town. With folding handlebars and pedals, also really easy to store.
The Cannondale Compact NEO offers an exceptional riding position and ride quality. It has 2 colour options (chalk & smoke black).
A light, powerful rear-hub drive system / 250Wh Battery integrated into the aluminum frame, folding stem and pedals for easy parking, 20” wheels, 8-speed shifting, rack, lights & mudguards.
EBCO
The “Street” from EBCO is very similar to the Cannondale Compact is style and ride quality but offers both a rear hub drive option (Street 2) and a more powerful mid drive option (Street 3).
The mid drive “Street 3″ features a 417wh battery, 250w bafang mid motor, 8 speed and mudguards.
EOVOLT
EOVOLT are based in Lyon, France. They innovate and design their own bikes through their team of in house engineers and are built in their own manufacturing facility ensuring full monitoring of their quality control checks throughout the bike build process.

The “Origins” range is divided by wheel size, 16″, 20″ and 24″ and called “Morning”, “Afternoon” and “Evening”. Plus the brand NEW Eovolt Afternoon Pro range. Each model comes in a variety of great colours.
All 4 models will cope with a wide variety of terrain and long rides. If you are really tight for space and need something for shorter rides then the 16″ Morning is the perfect bike. If you have the space, the 24″ Evening with its folding handlebar and larger wheels is great for longer rides and the 20″ Afternoon is the perfect allrounder. Super comfortable to ride for short or long rides but still fully folds for easy storage and transportation.
With the battery situated in the seatpost and motor in the rear wheel, both 16″ and 20″ models fold into a very compact size for easy transport. The 24″ is semi folding for easy storage. With the folding handlebar the 24″ Evening fits well in most motorhome garages.
The 16″ Morning and 20″ Afternoon are also available in a Vintage style with chrome mudguards, seatpost and handlebars.
Eovolt Afternoon Pro
