Please email us for further details.PLEASE NOTE: now we will ONLY be able to deliver your purchase of a cycle to a different address if you forward a cheque for the full amount due including delivery and it has cleared at the Bank.We endeavour to fulfill orders within 7 working days of receipt of your order . If your order is urgent please contact us so an alternative arrangement can be discussed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for returning the goods to Cycling2000 and at your own cost. Returned items must be packaged and must be adequate for return by post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured. All returned goods must be as new and without having been installed or used, including all internal packaging, manuals and protective bags, however small. Cycling2000 cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost whilst being returned. Cycling2000 will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, Cycling2000 may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. The goods must be returned to Cycling2000 218 Dallow Street, Burton on Trent DE14 2PG. This is complementary to your statutory rights. For this reason prices shown are an “invitation to treat”, that is that you offer to buy the goods at the price stated. We then accept the order at that price when we send you the confirmation email. Distance Selling Act You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Cycling 2000 by letter or fax giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Cycling2000 at your own cost. Returned items must be adequately packaged for return by post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured. All returned goods must be as new and without having been installed or used, where you are not canceling because the goods are defective. If you are canceling because they are defective then use must only have been sufficient to establish the defect. It would be appreciated if you would also return all internal packaging, manuals and protective bags, however small.
